There are is a proposed renovation of the 4 plex at 3900 Royal st. by Bywater designer Kyle Resmondo, who is also building the Milky Way hotel on St. Claude and Feliciana.
The meeting was originally planned for 17 June to discuss the project, but apparently it was rescheduled to 22 July for lack of quorum.
